Calming Breath in Seconds

Calming breaths are very easy to obtain. Becoming aware of the energy around us does NOT need long ice-baths, hour long holotropic sessions. Calming, grounding, FEELING breaths can be achieved and experienced in SECONDS.


One of the easiest ways is to simply BE AWARE of our organic or natural breath.

Our generic, "don't need to think about it" breath involves a gentle inhale, a gentle exhale with a slight pause after the exhale.


Now imagine a Triangle. This breath pattern is very similar to a Triangle.


So in order to experience calm quickly:

1. Just become aware that you're breathing. So notice and observe and feel your breath.


2. Imagine a Triangle. And imagine the inhale, exhale and the pause as the sides of the triangle.


3. Feeling this natural, organic breath pattern whilst imagining the breath going through the shape of the triangle. Will help you experience a calming state quickly - often within seconds. Sometimes 20 seconds. And with practise within 3-5 seconds.


Breathing is easy. It's simple. No fancy clothes or location needed.
